Substance Abuse Treatment Facility

Court Mandated/DUI Programs

Receiving a DUI can be a devastating experience, one that should not be taken lightly. The professionals at Arlington Center for Recovery are experienced, knowledgeable and available to provide the comprehensive treatment services necessary to insure the most positive outcome. Our DUI programs meet the requirements of the courts, probation, Secretary of State and employers. We are licensed by the State of Illinois Department of Human Services, Division of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse (DASA).

DUI Evaluation

A certified addiction counselor will conduct a face-to-face interview to determine the most appropriate course of treatment.  An individual’s level of risk will be determined by driving records, drinking or substance use patterns, medical and psychological factors.

You will need to provide:

• A current driving abstract (available from the Secretary of State's office.)
• BAC results of DUI arrest (Notice of Summary Suspension.)
• Other information pertaining to current or past arrests/treatment, if applicable.
